I was fortunate to have Lorraine as a broker with selling my parent’s house. She was extremely helpful though every step of the process. Lorraine had an acute sense of the market, what surrounding properties were selling for and priced the house perfectly. The brokers had a super successful open house and the home was taken off the market in one day and we went to closing shortly thereafter. I cannot thank Frank enough for what he did for my family. We were trying to sell with an agent that we thought would get the job done. It was a nightmare being locked in for 6 months and wouldn’t even let us out of the contract. We decided to sell on our own and Frank found us. Of course, we were reluctant to try after our experience. But Frank said give him one month and he did it!! I couldn’t believe it. He knew what we wanted and he got us our asking price. We had inquired about a couple of listings online and Frank responded to us very quickly, which we appreciated. We made an appointment to meet with him three days later, he met with us after our work hours and we liked him right away. He asked us questions about ourselves to get an idea of what we might like and went through listings on the computer to get an idea. We made an appointment for that Saturday to look at houses and the first one we looked at we ended up buying. He really listened to what we liked and this house had many elements we requested. Also, we did not have much of a budget which he was accommodating about. We walked out of that first house and he said this is the house for you guys, which we appreciated his honesty and he was right, We put in an offer that day! Throughout the rest of the process, he was always reachable on his cell phone or through email and even helped in getting a closing date for us.

Frank's best attribute is his honesty, he is reliable and helpful. He is always available by phone or e-mail. We had to be away for a short time while selling. Frank took care of everything. were completely confident in his ability to sell our house at a fair price.

We started our search on our own and experienced multiple listing agents who made it very stressful. Being our first home, we weren't exactly sure what we were doing!!!...BUT as soon as we met Frank, an immediate rapport developed. He made it fun as he taught us the business side of real estate as we walked through homes.. Pointing out the pros and cons, what to look for what not to look for, the updates that make sense and those that don't.. and construction characteristics to be weary of compared to those you can trust. Frank was always conscious of our budget and aware of our needs and wants. He became a true friend in the process and we were lucky to have found him. Just a word to the wise…it is extremely important to be cautious of whom one chooses as their realtor –“do your homework”! I can only say this after the very negative experience I had with another realtor. Frank was the complete opposite – kind and compassionate, he looked into temporary apartments he also looked into other options for me just to ease my worries. He went that extra mile he worked hard in every aspect and kept me informed. Frank has a gift for working with people, and is one of the best and most astute listeners I have ever met. Frank is a family man and understands the importance of making a happy home. Needless to say, my son and I were fortunate to meet Frank. I have been in real estate for almost 30 years and have dealt with number of real estate professionals over this time and I can honestly say Frank Mosca is the most professional agent I've ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable of the local area, and will promptly return my calls during all steps of the process-which until you have someone who doesn't return calls-you can't appreciate it.
