A prospective buyer that elects to not execute a Buyer Brokerage agreement will not be represented by the Executive Group Realty and therefore no fiduciary relationship will be formed. A prospective buyer electing to not show identification at the request of cooperating Brokers or Property owners when requested, understands that they may be barred from entering a property. A prospective buyer electing not to provide a Pre-approval/Pre-qualification letter at the request of cooperating Brokers/property owners might be barred from viewing or presenting an offer on a property.
